Repair Program

Each Opus Emiliano piece is crafted with enduring design and integrity in mind. We stand by the longevity of our craftsmanship, which is why we offer a lifetime repair service for every handbag purchased directly through Opus Emiliano.

In the rare event that your piece requires repair within 12 months of purchase, we will arrange collection, cover the cost of repair, and return it to you free of charge. Proof of purchase is required, and this policy applies exclusively to the original purchaser.

After the initial 12 months, our Lifetime Repair Program remains available to you. Should your bag require attention, our atelier will assess the issue and provide a transparent quote for the necessary restoration and any related shipping costs. We will always strive to return your piece to its original condition, using authentic materials and hardware.

Normal wear and natural patina are considered part of the leather’s evolving character and are not covered under this guarantee. Scratches, stains, or structural changes that arise from regular use are excluded from free repair services.
