Our signature
Opus Emiliano revives the power and poetry of classical antiquity through bold, refined design. Our small-batch approach favours intention over noise with geometric forms, precise stitching, and materials chosen for longevity. Each opus is handmade with care by skilled artisans, every piece a work of art. We draw from the mythic past and the luminous spirit of the Dutch Golden Age, a time of mastery of craftmanship and detail. Our leather is sourced from an LWG Gold-rated tannery and produced in limited quantities, so each piece feels considered, not mass-made.

Rooted in timeless tradition
I’m Angelique, founder of Opus Emiliano. Born and raised in Amsterdam, a city shaped by the Golden Age, my passion for the timeless allure of myths, empires, and masterful craftsmanship was ignited during years of studying Latin. Together with my sisters, Elisabeth & Gloria, we built a label where mythology intersects with modernity, where every design reflects calm lines, precise construction, and materials that mature with grace. Our mission is simple: to create objets d'art that transcend fashion, becoming artefacts of identity, intimate, enduring, and deeply personal. Opus Emiliano is a return to ritual, elegance, and timeless beauty, and an ode to the artistry of our own heritage.
